Candles Brewed with Intention

Hi, I’m Liz, the maker behind The Good Wick Candle Co.

For me, candle making has always been more than simply creating something that smells good. I started making candles in 2010, and over the years it became a creative outlet, a personal ritual, and a way to turn intention into something real.

I’m drawn to unique, vintage, and unexpected vessels because I believe a candle should be just as beautiful before it’s lit as it is while it’s burning. I love blending fragrances to create scents that evoke a feeling, a memory, a season, or a little bit of magic.

Each candle is hand poured in small batches using coconut soy wax, quality wood or cotton wicks, and phthalate free fragrance oils. I put a lot of thought into every detail, from the vessel and fragrance combination to the finished presentation, so every candle feels personal and a little bit special.

There’s definitely a witchy side to what I create. I believe in intention, energy, intuition, and the simple magic of creating a moment for yourself. Whether you’re lighting a candle to set an intention, unwind after a long day, welcome a new season, or simply make your home smell amazing, I want my candles to become part of your rituals and your everyday moments.

 Candle Making Workshops

I also love sharing the magic of candle making through hands on workshops. My workshops are designed to be fun, creative, and personal, giving you the opportunity to choose your own unique vessel, explore different fragrance combinations, and create a candle that is completely your own. Whether it’s a girls’ night, private gathering, celebration, or simply an afternoon of creativity, I’ll guide you through the process while you make something beautiful to take home.
